• • Look for PBJ Connections signage.
  • Enter the parking lot from Main St or Third St.
  • Our entrance is located all the way to the left and is behind the Northwest Eye Surgeons building.
  • Please walk in and have a seat in the waiting area.
  • Your therapist will come get you when they are ready for your session.

PBJ Connections – Pataskala

• • The driveway is across the street from the mailbox.
  • Follow the long driveway to the right toward the barn (not the farm owner’s home).
  • You will see a green gate with a sign indicating you are welcome to enter at your appointment time.
    Please open the gate toward your vehicle, drive through, and close the gate behind you.
    Parking is available to the left near the horse trailers.
  • In icy or snowy conditions, you are encouraged to park to the right near the barn to avoid getting stuck.
  • Your therapist will come out to your car when they are ready for your session.
  • Please do not enter barn or pasture areas unless accompanied by a staff member.

PBJ Connections – Galena

Office space and equine-assisted therapy

• • The driveway is marked by a mailbox with a small hanging sign that reads “Finally Here Farms.”
  • Please park in the grass near the horse trailers or on the gravel in front of the first building.
    The farm owner’s home is located at the end of the driveway and is not used by PBJ Connections.
  • Your therapist will come out to your car when they are ready for your session.
  • Please do not enter barn or pasture areas unless accompanied by a staff member.
